James Proctor and his best friend, Justin Sloan, have a vision to make an impact on the city of Redloub. Enlisting the help of their small church's youth group, the two teenagers plan a series of outreach events at Redloub City Park. But when Justin is killed suddenly in a car wreck, James and his family discover a cultic gang's sinister plot to drive out every last Christian influence in the city. Peter Saxon, a church friend of the Proctors, considers himself to be a good person.
